MOQ and Price

MOQ - Minimum Order Quantity

If there is no suitable product in our inventory nor the manufacturer's inventory, we need to place custom-made order to a manifacturer. To place custom-made order, the order quantity need to be "equal to or more than the minimum orderable quantity" for the convenience of the manufacturer.

Minimum order quantity (hereafter referred to as "MOQ") varies greatly depending on the following factors.

* Production method: "Hand-made” or "Machin-made", MOQ is smaller by "Hand-made”, larger by "Machin-made".

* Industrial habits of producing countries: MOQ is relatively smaller in Indonesia, much larger in China, and in-between in India.

* Product design: MOQ is smaller for complicated design, larger for simple design. The following is a rough guideline althout it depends.

1. In case of "Hand-made" beads in Indonesia

Approximately 10 to 30 strands (about 40cm) per design, per color.

For example, if the length of a bead in the direction of the hole is 10mm, there are 40 pieces of beads in one strand.

2. In case of "machine-made" beads in China

Approximately from two hundred to several thousand pieces per design, per color.

3. In case of "Hand-made" beads in India

Approximately 2kg per design, per color.

Because it is far from Japan, the shipping cost is relatively high for a small amount.

Price

The unit price varies depending on the individual case, but it will probably be almost same as the similar products in our online shop. If the similar products on our online shop are old stock, the price of newly made product will be much higher.

Quality and Samples

About quality variation

Overall quality of custom made product is on the same level as ready made product in our online shop, but if you order custom made product, finished product may slightly differ from your expectation or image. If you require perfect match between your image and finished product, custom order is not recommendable. In addition, when you want to make the same product again, in many cases re-produced product is not exactly the same as last time. We recommend that you order as much as possible in one production for avoiding variation.

About hole size of beads

Strict control of beads' hole size is very difficult. Subtle size variations occur even within the same production lot. You can specify hole size in 0.5mm measurements such as 1mm/1.5mm/2mm/2.5mm but there may be errors of approximately ± 0.5 mm which is considered as within the margin.

About color tone "

Color looks different depending on a screen of phone/computer. For example, when you confirm a picture of sample made by manufacturer based on a picture send by you, the color you are looking at may be different from the color we or manufacturer are looking at. If you'd like to confirm correct color of sample, you need to order actual sample."

About sample making "

You can order actual sample before starting production. There is no guarantee that finished product will be produced exactly same as the sample, but it is useful to avoid troubles caused by basic misunderstandings. To order samples, sample fee and shipping fee will be charged. "

Payment and Delivery Date

Payment

The terms of payment are 50% advance payment at contracting (before production), 50% before shipping. T/T, PayPal, or a credit card can be used for payment. As an exceptional case, we may ask 100% advance payment at contract depending on the ordered product.

Delivery date

In general, it takes about 2-6 weeks to finish production and 1 week to arrive at our shop if the customs clearance goes smoothly. Since delivery term depends on the case, estimated delivery date will be informed individually.

Precautions regarding delivery date

The above explanation of the delivery date is approximate and may be delayed due to "holidays" peculiar to the country of origin.

Indonesia and other Islamic countries : Ramadan Holidays（Eid ul-Fitr) (Schedule varies every year)

China : Lunar New Year holidays (Schedules vary every year) Production is stopped for a month including this period.
